GENERAL CONDITIONS

GENERAL
Art. 1
These general conditions apply to any sale and purchase agreement of a visitor to this website, hereinafter referred to as ‘client’, concluded with Gloriepoort vzw, Pansgatelaan 43, 2640 Mortsel. These general conditions still prevail over all other terms and conditions of the client. Additional conditions of the client are excluded, unless if accepted in advance in writing and explicitly by us.

ORDER
Art.2
A valid contract is established in the electronic transmission of the order by clicking the hyper link “place of order” or by sending an email which implies an order.

LIABILITY
Art.3
Despite our model contracts are carefully drawn up by us, it is possible that because of the nature of the product, a model contract that you purchased does not completely meet your needs or which is not specifically adapted to your situation. In this case we reject any liability towards us and please note that you bear full responsibility for the use of these model contracts.

RIGHT OF RENEGING
Art.4
Following the nature of the sold model contracts that these can not be returned, by which in accordance with Article 80§4,2° regarding the Law on trade practices and consumer information, does not give you the right of reneging. Every purchase and sale is from the conclusion of the agreement final and are not subjected to any period of reflection.

PAYMENT
Art.5
Payment has to be done electronically and by transfer. Every order has to be paid immediately at the time of concluding the contract. Upon payment through transfer, you will receive the ordered products, only after receipt of the amount due.

EXECUTION
Art.6
The execution of the agreement normally occurs almost immediately after payment through (credit card or) confirmation of the payment through transfer (or Paypal). However any delay which might occur at the execution of it, where applicable does not entitle to any compensation. In case of payment through  transfer, the delivery of the ordered products will take place within five working days after crediting our account. Also in this case, any delay at the execution of it will not entitle to any compensation.

DISAGREEMENTS
Art.7
All disagreements under this agreement, will be subjected to Belgian law. For all disagreements under this agreement, the court of the district of Antwerp will be competent.

BOND
Art.8
Upon every electronic order of products, the client agrees explicitly to these general conditions by ticking the item “Agreement”. Aan electronic order without this agreement consent, unless fraud is technically impossible, so that these conditions are still binding in accordance with the client.

MAILING LIST
Art.9
As soon as the client registers to make purchases, he will be put automatically on a mailing list in order to be informed of the activities of Gloriepoort vzw. Every person has the right to log out. This can be done on the provided link in the newsletter which he receives or by sending a mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the mention “unregister of the mailing list”

SHIPPINGCOST
Art.10
For shipping the order extra fees will be charged which are fully at the expense of the customer. Cost can vary depending on the destination. Fees wil be clearly visible at the check out.
